LifeStream to host Community Elder Law Presentation

LifeStream Services will host a series of elder law presentations that will provide information about advance directives and other advanced planning needs for seniors, people with disabilities and their caregivers in East Central Indiana.
     In recognition of National Elder Law Month, the Indiana Bar Association / Elder Law Section is working with Area Agencies on Aging to provide information about Advance Directives and POST (Physician Orders for Scope of Treatment).
