Gene Policinski Luncheon.
"First Things First - Protecting our basic freedoms starts with knowing what they are".
Mr. Policinski began as a reporter at the Chronicle-Tribune and covered city and government.  He was later the Indianapolis statehouse reporter for the Gannett News Service.  He is now employed by the First Amendment Center.
