First Friday Riverfront Festival and Cancer Services Walk of Hope

 May First Friday Riverfront Festival will be hosted in the traditional location by the river at Adams and First Street from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. There will be food trucks, Corey Cox in concert, kids’ activities and carnival rides by K.D. Entertainment, retail and artisan vendors, dunk tank, and the Cancer Services of Grant County Walk of Hope and Party!!

You can still register for the Walk of Hope for $7.00. Walk of Hope team leader packets are available in the Cancer Services of Grant County office. These packets have everything you need to start a team. A team is 2 or more people and does not cost extra, unless you count extra fun!! Cancer Services of Grant County will be taking registrations up until 6:30 p.m. the evening of the event in person. Cancer Services will be ready for you downtown by 5 p.m. The walk will start on Washington and Wabash Streets in front of the Riverside Community Federal Credit Union’s new building! Folks can line up on Washington and First Streets prior to the walk. Online registration for the Walk of Hope will end at noon the day before the walk on Thursday, April 30th.
